So why do they call me Spark? Embarrassingly enough, it’s because of an AOL Instant Messenger screen name I made in 8th grade (Spark4447). I used the account for years, and the name stuck.
Spark might just be a middle school moniker for me, but the word itself can mean a lot more. Because if you think about it, every great idea starts with a spark. Just ask the poet Dante Alighieri (that funny-looking dude on my front page). Technically he was talking about the paradox of how unity and division coexist in religion or some junk, but I think what he was trying to say is that big things come from small things. Just like ideas. Even the tiniest concept has the potential to evolve into something extraordinary. And in my opinion, that’s what makes the creative process fun.
Because if you’ve made it this far, chances are I’ve sparked (sorry, couldn’t resist) your interest. But seriously,
I’d like to meet you. For all the info on my copywriting career thus far, download my résumé.
